Adeyinka Adedokun has over 20 years work experience across Telecommunications, Audit, Tax and Accounting. He worked briefly with FIRS between 1999 and 2002 before joining MTN Nigeria Telecommunications where he worked for over 14 years. He was responsible for driving the overall customer management and engagement strategy in the online channels. He has managed various projects along identity management, customer care billing systems, CRM implementation and delivery. He successfully managed the Business Process Outsourcing transition for the outsourcing of the call center in MTN Nigeria.
An inspiring leader, with huge understanding of the business and operational requirements of billing, CRM and identity management systems. He has participated at senior level in the implementation of four different billing systems and two CRM systems in the course of his career. Adeyinka is a graduate of Accounting from The Polytechnic Ibadan. He has an MBA from Lagos State University, a Post graduate certificate from University of Leicester, a foundation certificate of PRINCE 2 project management methodology and He is an alumnus of the famous IMD Business School.
